Hi Dylan,
bio contains *all* packages relevant for biology and bio-ngs (as well as
bio-phylogeny and cloud) are subsets of bio. So all new packages should
go to bio as well (as I did in my last commit). I admit I do not really
like this layout of the tasks but we did not found a better solution yet.
